Breastfeeding Workshop
This interactive workshop is facilitated by a certified lactation specialist who will provide comprehensive breastfeeding education and support. Topics include proper latching, pumping, managing sore nipples and engorgement, establishing healthy breastfeeding habits, avoiding common breastfeeding challenges, and addressing many frequently asked questions. Participants may attend as early as 6 months gestation, and mothers are encouraged to bring their breastfeeding children with them.

Breastfeeding Workshops are offered quarterly on Thursdays from 12:00-2:00pm
