Pregnancy Test
Think you are pregnant? Your first step is to confirm.
You may have taken a few different pregnancy tests at home and have had conflicting results. This can be the case for at-home pregnancy tests.
Pregnancy tests taken at home can be accurate, but the best way to be confident in your results is to take a medical-grade urine test. This can also be followed by an ultrasound performed by a medical professional. These steps can confirm a pregnancy while also providing you with other valuable information. An ultrasound can provide you information on viability of the pregnancy. This means you’ll see how far along your pregnancy so you can consider the different options you have.

Ultrasounds
Do I need an ultrasound? YES.
No matter what you decide to do about your pregnancy, you should have an ultrasound. You will want to have medical confirmation that your pregnancy is viable as well as accurately determine how many weeks you are into your pregnancy. If qualified, we provide FREE limited ultrasounds in our clinic administered by skilled medical professionals.
Limited ultrasounds are provided to:
Confirm the presence of a pregnancy, including location (intrauterine/ectopic)
Estimate gestational age (how many weeks you are)
Confirm cardiac activity (viability)
At our medical clinic in Texas City, we can provide a confidential ultrasound exam for you at no charge upon medical confirmation of a pregnancy. Your Limited Ultrasound includes verifying a positive pregnancy test, a viable intrauterine pregnancy and dating.
Options Counseling
We want you to be informed on all your pregnancy options. When a woman is facing an unexpected pregnancy, she may want information on abortion, the abortion pill, adoption, etc. It is very important that women receive accurate information in a safe environment. We are here to answer your questions and direct you to the available resources. Services are free and confidential.
