This program (Help Offered in Pregnancy Experience) is offered to pregnant mothers who are at least 12 weeks gestation. The program includes 12 classes taught in 3 phases. Dinner is included. Classes start promptly at 5:30 pm. You must attend three classes per phase to receive a graduation gift. The father of the baby or a support person is welcome to attend class with you. Please be sure to register them as well.

Topics in Phase 1 include: Labor & Delivery, Breastfeeding, Nutrition, and Budgeting
