Join us for a free, two-hour Labor & Delivery Workshop designed to help you prepare for childbirth with confidence and clarity.

• How to tell the difference between false labor and true labor

• Comfort measures and breathing techniques during labor

• How to advocate for yourself during labor and delivery

• When: Quarterly, on a Tuesday from 1:00–3:00 PM

• Cost: Free (for Adria Women’s Health clients)
