This is an open group and is offered once a month to all mothers in our program. This month's topic is Self Love. Some of the protective factors that will be discussed are: Resilience, Relationships, Self Care Improves Moods, Self Love Impacts Your Child, Managing Life Situations, Balance The Scale, Children Learn From Their Parents
